Services
Teannah’s Time Efficient Cleaners provides residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services. Services provided will be limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
Quotes and Pricing
• Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet waste, biohazards, hoarding conditions, pest infestations, or other circumstances requiring specialized cleaning.
Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
• Returned payments or NSF charges are the responsibility of the client.
• We reserve the right to suspend future services for overdue accounts.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.
Access to Property
• Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
Health and Safety
• Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
• Services will not be performed in environments containing biohazards, excessive mold, human or animal waste, pest infestations, rodent droppings, or other hazardous materials unless specifically agreed upon and properly quoted.
• If hazardous conditions are discovered upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled, and a service call fee will apply.
Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, and fragile items before service.
• Clients must disclose any hazards, pest issues, or special circumstances before the appointment.
• Clutter should be minimized to allow efficient cleaning unless organizing services have been booked.
Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.
• We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
Damage and Liability
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Teannah’s Time Efficient Cleaners is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items that become damaged due to age or condition.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
Photography
• We may take before-and-after photographs for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
• No personal information or identifying details will be shared without consent.
Right to Refuse Service
Teannah’s Time Efficient Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, non-payment, or undisclosed hazards.
Agreement
By booking a service with Teannah’s Time Efficient Cleaners, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
